1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Space Station ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Space Station provides API access to Chinese AI large language models for international users. We act as a proxy and billing platform between you and the underlying model providers (DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, Doubao, etc.).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Credits

All payments are processed in USDT (TRC-20). Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Do not resell API access without authorization
• Do not generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance or violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Space Station is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
